Ethereal Jutsu is the vision of Stephanie, a forest alchemist based in Anaheim, California. Her work is a tribute to the healing magic of the natural world—amulets and sacred adornments crafted from wild mushrooms, foraged plant life, and botanicals gathered on hikes through the misty woodlands of Southern and Northern California. Each piece is preserved in jeweler’s grade resin, transforming fleeting forest treasures into miniature wearable portals—artifacts of adventure, healing, and unseen connection.
Steph’s journey into art began as a journey back to herself. After years of managing a bustling coffee shop, the spark dimmed. Antidepressants dulled her spirit, but it was through microdosing mushrooms that she began to reconnect—with nature, with creativity, with purpose. What began as a lifeline became a calling. In 2020, she left behind the grind to follow a deeper path. Today, she honors the wisdom and wonder of mushrooms through her work, including learning to cultivate them herself.
