When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
REFUNDS
All sales are final and no refund will be issued. Although there is one exception.
RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you received the wrong item you'll need proof of purchase along with your order number . Item must be unworn, unused and in original packaging. All earring sales are final for hygienic reasons. -NO RETURNS on custom orders or sale items- Ethereal Jutsu is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once the item is in the hands of USPS we do not claim responsibility. You can open a dispute with your county's postal office.

please track your package and make sure you're there to receive it. Resin pieces can overheat and become ruined if left out in the sun too long!
